Refund, Exchange & Return Policies

  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  • Products that are on sale or discounted or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
  • If you have received the damaged product or a wrong product, please send it back to us. After sending the product back to us, we shall send you a fresh piece.
  • Return Policy: A return policy specifies the terms and conditions for returning an item without requesting a exchange. Return policies being in its original condition and returned within a certain timeframe of 10 days. As for returns,we will initiate the return process once we receive your request for the same. The items to be returned will be picked up from the address you mentioned at the time of placing your order.

Exchange Policy: An exchange policy details the guidelines for exchanging an item for a different size, color, or style. Similar to refund policies, clothing brands often have a specific time window of 10 days within which exchanges can be made. The item being exchanged typically needs to be in its original condition and accompanied by any original packaging or tags.

Once the Majestic Man clothes are sold they can be exchanged in a bigger or a smaller size, different colour require, damage product received, partial delivery, stained product received and different style require, wrong product received (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

 If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at email within 10 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Once acknowledged by the majestic man team during next working day, we will notify you for reverse pickup please send the product back to us.

GUIDELINES:

  • We recommend that you record the unboxing of your purchase so that the issue in the quality or condition of the product can be detected by both parties right away.
  • Kindly ensure that the returned or exchanged merchandise is unused and intact with the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
  • You cannot cancel the order after the one-time exchange has been completed from our end.
  • Exchange can be done within 10 days for the date of delivery
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange or return.
  • Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
  • in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, different colour, style equal to the amount of the exchanged product.

PROCESS:

If your order is indeed eligible for exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the garments once we get product it go through inspection then only we drop off the correct order.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays in pick-ups from the shipping company's end.

REVERSE PICKUP

When our delivery partner comes to the address at which your order was originally delivered, kindly click a picture of the contents of the package while handing over the package to the person in charge of the pickup and email at  or send to +91-8824436969.

Ensure that the picture contains the package and the contents inside it.

If we receive a damaged or different product and do not have the proof in the form of a picture, we have every right to dismiss your request.

Please remember that our delivery partner will make THREE ATTEMPTS to complete the reverse pickup. If contact is not made, your request for an exchange will be declined.

Refund Policy: A refund policy outlines the conditions under which a customer can receive a refund for their purchase. We offer refunds for items that are returned within a specified time frame, typically 10 days. The items usually need to be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags or packaging intact.

After receiving your parcel and conducting a detailed quality check, we will begin the refund process by transferring the paid amount to the mode of payment you originally used within 15 days.

If you have paid cash on delivery, we will send you an email asking for your bank account details.

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the majestic man.

  • Can I cancel my order?
  1. Please call us on +91-8824436969or write to us at email to request. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

For prepaid orders we refund same amount.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Majestic Man and accept The Majestic Man’s decision regarding the cancellation.

  • Can I exchange a part of my order?

Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 10 days of delivery

  • My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges.

  • Why my exchange is not accepted?

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

    • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
    • Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
    • Partial or damage return.
    • Used or stained returned.
